Legal agreements, usage policies, and licensing terms for all PUNICODEX products and services.
Effective Date: June 11, 2026Global Provisions
The following provisions apply to all PUNICODEX services unless explicitly overridden by a product-specific agreement:
- Governing Law: All disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under ACICA rules.
- Intellectual Property: PUNICODEX retains all rights to its branding, domain names, code, and designs.
- Modification: Material changes to any agreement are notified via email with at least 30 days notice.

Reliquary Sale Terms Live
Terms for the Reliquary print-on-demand store: made-to-order production by our fulfillment partner, pricing and payment, worldwide shipping and risk, returns for defects and misprints, and intellectual property in the designs.
Creative Marketplace Terms Live

Authenticity & Brand-Protection Terms Live
Terms for the authenticity checker, threat feeds, and extension: verdicts are probabilistic, false positives and negatives exist, and no verdict is a guarantee of safety.
